This book is an insider account of the journey through life of Dr. Arup Roy Choudhury, today one of India’s foremost business leaders and change manager, the one who has led both government and private business houses from terminal closure or saturated mediocrity towards dynamism, growth and prosperity.

This is a personal account of a business leader who has led from the front for a record period as CEO and incorporated a total paradigm shift through his strong belief in “Change” as a way of evolution.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dr. Arup Roy Choudhury is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi) where he completed his Post Graduation (Masters and PhD) and prior to these, he attended the Birla Institute of Technology (BITS Mesra) where he graduated in Civil Engineering.

He has a rich and varied experience of over 40 years in the fields of administration, engineering, particularly in the construction industry. He has been recognised by various professionals, academia and government bodies, both nationally and internationally.

At present, he is the Principal Advisor (Infrastructure) to the Govt. of West Bengal. Earlier to that, he was the Chief Commissioner of West Bengal Right to Public Service Commission since, the Chairman and Managing Director of the National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC Ltd- the 10th largest power producer in the world).
