Dr Debilal Mishra is now working as an Assistant Professor of Mass communication at Ravenshaw University, Cuttack, Odisha. He has a special predilection for communication and psychology. His interest areas include communication theory, social psychology, media effects and communication behaviour. He regularly contributes to various national and international platforms. Dr Debi la I has been working on several theoretical concepts and frameworks concerning the varied dimensions of communication and social psychology. He strongly believes that communication, as a contextual human behaviour, affects the different aspects of the human life and social world with an ever multiplicable range of symbols, meanings and experiences. Dr Mishra is also hailed as a poet, writer, communicologist and an effective motivational speaker.
Prof. Pramoda Kumar
Prof. Pramoda Kumar Jena is a former Professor and Head of the Department of Communication Management and Technology at Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar, Haryana. He has a rich academic career spanning over two and half decades. He is a wellÂknown development communication teacher, researcher, and practitioner with quite a few publications and recognitions to his credit. Prof. Jena had experiences of active journalism as an editor and a publisher before he became a media educator. His academic journey includes a number of significant educational institutions including Mysore University, Karnataka; Kurukshetra University and Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Haryana; Central University of Odisha, Koraput; and Kushabhau Thakre Journalism and Mass Communication University, Chhattisgarh.
