ABOUT THE BOOK

Born from widespread demand and inspired by the author's transformative work at NBCC and NTPC, this book redefines strategic change management for the Indian context. It bridges global models with India's unique social fabric-where tradition, hierarchy, and collective values shape every organization. Combining theory with lived experience, the author presents an Indian model of change that is both pragmatic and culturally aligned. With additional resources for educators, this book serves as a practical guide for leaders, students, and professionals driving meaningful transformation in India.
