ABOUT THE AUTHOR


Shantesh Kumar Singh

Shantesh Kumar Singh is working as an associate Professor in the Department of Political Science, Central University of Haryana, Mahendergarh. Prior to this he was working as a regular faculty in the Department of Political Science at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi, India. He is also an Adjunct Fellow and Associate Editor of International Association for Counter-terrorism and Security Professionals-South East Asia, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (IACSP-SEA). Dr. Singh obtained his research degrees M.Phil/Ph.D. from the US Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Recently, he has completed his post-doctorate from United Nations University-International Institute for Global Health (UNU-IIGH), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a visiting fellow, he has been at the School of Advanced International Affairs, Johns Hopkins University, Washington DC, USA for a short period. He has been published few of the books and several articles in reputed refereed journals. Most recent book he published is on 'India's Foreign Policy: Continuity with difference under Modi Government' and the forthcoming book is on 'Rising Security Concerns in India: Problems and Prospects'. He has visited several countries to participate in international conferences like, US, Denmark, Norway, Australia, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia etc.

Sudheer Singh Verma

Sudheer Singh Verma is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of South and Central Asian Studies, Central University of Punjab, Bathinda, Prior to this, he was working as an Assistant Professor (ad hoc) in the Department of Political Science at Motilal Nehru College (Morning), University of Delhi, India. He owned PhD degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University New Delhi. He has published various research articles on themes/issues relating to international relations in peer-reviewed and refried National and International Journals and chapters in the edited books. He has also edited book titled "India in South Asia: Changing Perspectives in the 21st Century'.
