The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) is a criminal procedural law that enlivens almost all the criminal substantive laws of the land. ABOUT THE AUTHOR


Krishna Murari Yadav is Assistant Professor at Law Centre-1, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He has completed his LLB from Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University and Masters in Law from University of Delhi. He qualified for JRF. He was also selected in UPSC (1st Rank), UPHESC and later joined University of Delhi as the Assistant Professor. His experience of living in University hostels in Varanasi & Delhi and extensive traveling across India has conferred him the vision and wider understanding pertinent to need of students even if they come from different cultures and places. He is also versed in Tamil Language & fondly cherishes the southern culture as well. He has authored several articles on pressing Legal issues and is renowned for his passion & discipline.
